The registration are open!

Register for EU-ISMET2026!

Each presenting author is entitled to submit maximum 3 articles (oral or poster) per registration fee.

* Students must provide a copy of their student card

All prices include French V.A.T (20%).

The registration fees is a package and include :

• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks 
• Lunch break of Thursday and Friday
• Gala Dinner on Friday 9 July 2026 
• Toulouse visit 

On Wednesday morning, a workshop will be held for the first 30 people to register.
This event is reserved for PhD students and post-docs.

Payment by bank transfer will not be possible after June 16, 2026.

Conditions for cancellation
 

Cancellations must be made by writing to eu-ismet2026 @ toulouse-inp.fr (eu-ismet2026 @ toulouse-inp.fr)
The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before 29th May 2026, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after 29th May 2026.
• Any registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, any booking made by purchase order and cancelled after 29th May 2026 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
