Registration fees is a package and include :
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Lunch on Wednesday,Thursday and Friday
- Welcome cocktail on July 8, 2026
- Gala Dinner on July 9, 2026
- Guided visit of Toulouse
A workshop will be held on Wednesday morning for the first 30 registered participants.
This event is reserved for PhD students and postdocs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent by email to eu-ismet2026 @ toulouse-inp.fr
The registration of participation is binding.
- For any cancellation received before May 29, 2026, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after May 29, 2026.
- Any registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, any booking made by purchase order and cancelled after May 29, 2026 must be paid in full.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program is subject to changes.
